STEAM is a curriculum based on the idea of educating students in five specific disciplines — science, technology, engineering, arts* and mathematics — in an interdisciplinary and applied approach. Rather than teach the five disciplines as separate and discrete subjects, STEAM integrates them into a cohesive learning paradigm based on real-world applications.

Historically, the five main fine arts* were painting, sculpture, architecture, music, and poetry, with performing arts including theatre and dance.

Today, the fine arts commonly include additional forms, such as film, photography, video production/editing, design, sequential art, conceptual art, and printmaking.
In keeping with our belief in life-minded learning, Edify clubs and programs allow learners to cultivate their passions.
Edify STEAM clubs utilize project based learning in robotics, coding, website/application building, photography, film making, and dance.

davinci SPACES provides support specifically designed to benefit home school learners. Home schoolers who take part in public platforms such as k12, Connections and discovery K12, as well as private and personal curriculums can all benefit from davinci sPACES.
Subject-specific learning coaches and tutors provide targeted assistance.
While our STEAM initiatives represent the 'core' of Edify, Davinci SPACES seeks to also provide additional education support in the key area of Technology and also, including but not limited to health & safety / physical education, social studies, and history.

Our students are our most important resources. We share a common goal- educating children to become active, productive, and happy contributing community members. American Home Schools understand the value of community and the fact that, you have had varied experiences that can help our children achieve.
We need volunteers to help us deliver on the promise that the future holds for our children. Our volunteer program supports our students, our teachers, and the DaVinci Spaces. Each program designates one or more Volunteer Coordinators who are supported by the American Home Schools family and who function in that role under our direction. If you are interested in serving as a volunteer, we will be delighted to hear from you.

Identify Your Passion
"What makes your heart beat faster?" The first part of the Clubs curriculum has members explore the ideas they're passionate about. By diving into activities that expand curiosity, club members will identify and discuss what matters most to them.
Choose Your Idea
"What is your big idea?" As members journey through the Clubs curriculum, they'll be challenged to identify and shape the story only they can tell. Through guided brainstorms and active peer feedback exercises, members will craft their very own TED-style talk.
Start Talking
"How can your idea change the world?" By the end of their club cycle, members will have recorded their very own talk and uploaded it to our TED-Ed Clubs YouTube channel, which can then be shared with their families, friends, communities and the world.
